Meet Our Nurse Practitioners

Deborah Dougherty, RN, MSN, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Deborah Dougherty, RN, MSN, FNP, joined ACHC in August 2003, and currently serves as nurse practitioner on Dr. Roberto Corales’ clinical care team. Deborah has more than nine years of experience as a nurse practitioner, including nearly four years providing comprehensive primary care for adults and families infected with HIV/AIDS.

She received her Masters of Science in Nursing at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 1996 after receiving her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Vermont in 1990.

Jane Sassone, MS, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Jane Sassone, MS, APRN, comes to ACHC with more than 10 years of experience providing primary and specialty medical care to individuals with HIV and AIDS. Jane began her career in HIV and AIDS care in 1994 at the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Nurse Practitioner, where she provided comprehensive HIV/AIDS and Primary Care to more than 200 patients.

She graduated with a Master of Science in 1990 from the University of Rochester School of Nursing after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alfred University.
